Can I send a marketing message to my client list?

Yes, Zen Agenda allows you to send marketing campaigns to your clients via SMS and/or email.

  • SMS campaigns are sent from a dedicated short number.
  • Email campaigns can be sent to clients whose email addresses you have saved in the app.

To create a campaign, go to Main Menu “☰” ➣ Campaign.

If you want to send messages via SMS and do not have enough credit available, you can purchase credit directly from the app.

When creating the campaign, you can manually select recipients or use advanced filters to quickly identify the desired group of clients.

Click on Select Clients > Filters, where you can filter clients based on:

  • inactive clients for at least a certain number of days;
  • active clients;
  • the number of appointments (visits) made;
  • the number of no-shows;
  • clients registered in the last few days.

For each criterion, you can select a predefined value or enter the desired number, ensuring the message reaches the right audience.
