Essential cookies (always on)

These are strictly necessary for the site to function and don't require consent under GDPR.

za_lang — your language preference

First-party cookie. Stored for 365 days. Set when you pick a language from the switcher in the header so the next page opens in the same language.

za_country — your country (for currency)

First-party cookie. Stored for 180 days. Set when you visit the pricing page so prices show in your local currency. You can override it by passing ?country=XX in the URL.

za_consent — your cookie consent choice

First-party cookie. Stored on .zenagenda.com for 365 days. Records which categories (essential / analytics / marketing) you accepted, so the banner doesn't show again on this device and your choice carries across our subdomains (e.g. clients.zenagenda.com).

za_chat_session_id — AI chat session

Stored in sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab). Used so the AI chat widget can keep context within a single conversation.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

Fire only after you accept Analytics in the cookie banner. Help us understand which pages, niches and features actually help businesses pick Zen Agenda.

First-party analytics — anonymous interaction events

Our own tracker (zen-track.js) records page views, scroll depth, clicks, and time-on-page. Data is sent to our server (track.php), never to a third party. No cookie is set; we use a session identifier in memory only. IPs are hashed with a daily salt and never stored in raw form. Retention: 3 months.

_ga, _ga_V5CXG4Q3FY — Google Analytics 4

Third-party cookies set by Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager. _ga distinguishes unique users (2-year lifetime); _ga_* stores the session state (2-year lifetime). Used for aggregate audience reports — never to identify you personally. Google Privacy Policy.

za_sid, za_vid — cross-domain attribution

Appended to outbound links to clients.zenagenda.com only when analytics consent is granted. Let us measure which page on the marketing site led to a signup. Not set as cookies on your device — they live only in the URL of the outbound link.

Marketing cookies (only with your consent)

Fire only after you accept Marketing in the cookie banner. Used for Google Ads conversion tracking — so we know which ads brought customers to Zen Agenda.

_gcl_au — Google Ads conversion linker

Third-party cookie set by Google Tag Manager when marketing consent is granted. Lifetime: 90 days. Used to attribute ad clicks to conversions. If you refuse marketing consent, we send Google a cookieless ping for aggregate conversion modeling — no cookie is set on your device.

_gcl_* — other Google Ads parameters

May be set by Google when you arrive via an ad click (e.g. _gcl_dc, _gcl_aw). Same purpose and same retention as _gcl_au. Subject to the same consent gate.

Third parties we share data with

Tag injection on the site is handled by Google Tag Manager (container GTM-NBMBMNMH) — a script loader that does not process or store your data itself. The actual data recipients, both gated by Consent Mode v2:

• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate analytics (only with analytics consent). How Google uses analytics data.
• Google Ads — conversion measurement (only with marketing consent). When marketing consent is denied, we use ads_data_redaction: Google receives only an anonymous, cookieless ping for aggregate conversion modeling, no personal data.

We do NOT use Facebook Pixel, TikTok pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or any other social-media tracker.
