Affiliate program terms

Who can participate

Any individual or company aged 18+, regardless of country. You don't need to be a Zen Agenda customer. You must have a valid IBAN for commission payments.

Commission

You get €50 for every paid subscription brought through your code/link. The commission is considered earned after the referred subscriber's first full payment (minimum 3 months of subscription). No upper limit.

Discount for referrals

Anyone who signs up through your link gets 15% off the first year. The discount is applied automatically at checkout if the za_ref cookie or ?ref=CODE parameter reaches signup.

Payment

Monthly bank transfer in EUR or your local currency, in the first 5 business days of the following month. You are responsible for sending us a simple invoice (freelance / company / occasional activity for amounts under €500/year). We don't issue payments for accumulated amounts under €20.

Not allowed

Strictly forbidden: (a) self-referral (account created with your own code), (b) spam or unauthorized link distribution, (c) false promises about Zen Agenda features, (d) using automated methods (bots) to generate clicks. Breaking these rules voids earned commissions and terminates participation.

Your data

We collect only name and phone number (for SMS auth) + IBAN and tax data at payment time. We don't share data with third parties for commercial purposes. You can request account deletion by emailing [email protected] (processed within max 30 days).

Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice by email to affiliates. Changes don't affect already-earned commissions.

Termination

You can leave the program anytime. Already-earned commissions are paid on the monthly schedule. Zen Agenda may decline applications or exclude existing affiliates if their activity harms the product's image.
